Return & Refund Policy

Because this is a limited-edition pre-order, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after shipment.

Damaged or Defective Orders

We want your album to arrive in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement whenever possible. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

Pre-Order Production

We fully expect this special limited-edition pressing to move forward as planned. As with any limited vinyl production, however, manufacturing is dependent upon meeting minimum production requirements.

In the unlikely event that those requirements are not met and the album is not produced, all affected pre-orders will be refunded in full, including shipping charges.

Customers will also be notified of any significant changes to the anticipated production or shipping schedule.

Orders will be shipped from Southern California using protective packaging designed specifically for vinyl records.

Shipping for one double album within the United States is $9.95, which includes postage, protective packaging, and handling. Tracking information will be provided by email when your order ships.

Because this is a pre-order, albums will be shipped once manufacturing is complete and the finished records have been received.

We’ll keep customers updated throughout the production process.

If an order includes additional merchandise or multiple albums, shipping costs may vary based on the size and weight of the package.
